Vegetable Stew
Meal: A comforting broth of healthy vegetables
Ingredients
- Celery
- Carrots
- Potatos
- Zucchini
- Onion
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
- Canned Tomatoes
- Water
Steps
- Peel the carrots, potatoes, zucchini, and onion
- Chop up all the vegetables
- Store the chopped vegetables in a pot with some butter and water
- Add some canned tomatoes, salt and pepper
- Stir
- Let the soup simmer for 30 minutes on the stove
- Season (optional) and serve!
Extra Notes
- Any vegetables can be used, as long as the stew is yummy!
Potstickers
Snack or part-meal: A delicious fried dumpling edition to an asian cuisine
Ingredients
- Chicken
- Onion
- Pork
- Won ton wrappers
- Water (in a bowl)
- Oil
Steps
- Combine the chicken, onion, and pork in a mixing bowl (filling)
- For each wrapper, add a teaspoon of filling onto the center of a wrapper
- Still for every wrapper, dip your fingers into the water and fold the wrapper into a dumpling shape, enveloping the filling
- Pour some oil onto the pan
- Stir
- Add one layer of potstickers onto the pan, and fry until golden crisp on the stove (2-3 minutes per side)
- Season (optional) and serve!
Extra Notes
- Don't overfill or overcook the potstickers!
- Don't let the potstickers dry out before frying!
- You can use clean hands to mix the filling!
